Your Path to Success: Insights into the ISS Graduate Programme

The ISS Graduate Programme is designed to immerse you in our unique workplace culture while accelerating your career through diverse experiences. You will engage in various tours of duty within our service organization, gaining insight into our global footprint during a three-month international assignment. This experience includes a commercial and operational internship, where you will manage a relevant project and work as an assistant manager to one of our key account managers, learning essential business tools to address customer challenges. We seek individuals with strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills, balanced by respect and empathy. At ISS, we prioritize employee development, offering continuous career growth and exciting global opportunities for those ready to be mobile.

The Programme begins on September 1st each year.
The Programme lasts for 18 months.
Typically, our graduates complete three or four rotations, with each rotation lasting between three to six months.
Yes, graduates sign a permanent contract at the start of the Programme, which remains valid after the Programme concludes.
In some cases, there may be opportunities to begin working as a student assistant before the Programme starts. Additionally, if you finish your master's degree early, you might be able to start in a full-time position.
Yes, you can apply for the Graduate Programme before you graduate, as long as you complete your studies by September 1st.
No, speaking Danish is not a requirement, as ISS is an international company, and our business language is English.
Yes, graduates receive a full-time salary from the start of the Programme.
We do not have a fixed number of graduates that we hire annually, as it depends on business needs. Typically, we hire between 20 to 30 graduates globally, with each country hiring between 1 to 4 graduates each year.
Graduates are located in the country where they applied for the Programme.
ISS covers all costs associated with accommodation, salary, and relocation during the international exchange.
